An alternative to a house of engineering:

“Your company has a new unit or several new products on the drawing board, but you do not have your own workshop or department of machinery and development.
Due to this, you often use a house of engineering to prepare drawing materials and potential operation and  supervision costs.”

> In this case, we can provide immediate help by drawing, construct and produce the parts necessary. Of course, it is possible for you to use us as your regular supplier of original parts and the machine parts that most commonly are worn out and therefore need ongoing replacement.

Automatic turning

Within automatic turning, we offer own production of orders of pieces ranging from 10 mm up to 150 mm in diameter and from 1 mm to 850 mm in length. We have 8 CNC turning machines; INDEX Traub TNX 65 and Mori- Seiki. Depending on the size of the piece, we produce it from a bar or from sawed items. Together we will find the best way possible for solving the task. Furthermore, we can deliver other dimensions through our trading partners so please do not hesitate to ask us about your options.

We are capable of producing pieces in a wide variety of materials, such as steel, stainless steel, titanium and plastics. We have a large capacity at our disposal, and we have a close dialogue with our client to ensure an optimal size of the series. After consultation with the client, the pieces are cleansed either in alcohol or in another way, and they are delivered in the packaging we have agreed on.
