Swiss Turning

With more than 25 years of experience in swiss turning of pieces and with strong competencies in development, we are capable of solving a number of tasks. The pieces can be produced in sizes varying from 0.5 mm to 32 mm in diameter and from 1 mm to 3700 mm in length. The types of pieces are very broad, and we produce everything from special plugs with a diameter of less than 1 mm, through screws for glasses, to bigger and even conically shaped pieces of 3500 mm.

At lpm, we have more than 15 swiss turning machines at our disposal, and we have a large capacity. Annually, we produce between 5.5 and 6 million units, and we are capable of producing pieces in a wide variety of materials such as steel, stainless steel, titanium and plastics. We produce series in quantities that vary from a single prototype up to 500,000 pieces. Additionally, the pieces produced are degreased in modified alcohol, and the products are always delivered in the packaging we have agreed on.

We also offer automatic metal turning, and we are capable of producing pieces, in a wide variety of materials
