Our Quick-Controller gives you peace of mind for an unsupervised production of small and medium subjects. By using the Quick-Controller, the amount of time spent by an employee in the production is minimised, and the time spent in sorting and verifying the subjects in case of proven errors is reduced. Furthermore, the Quick-Controller is the obvious choice if ongoing test measurements are made, as the machine automatically extracts possible test subjects in several stages of the production.

The Quick-Controller from lpm Smart Tools works by automatically splitting a production into six smaller batches in removable collection boxes. Additionally, two or three subjects from each of the six batches are extracted and put into separate test drawers. Hereby, it is easy to ascertain where in the process an error has occurred and if it is consistent. This way we save time on unnecessary sorting and we avoid discarding an entire production.

Furthermore, the Quick-Controller is the optimal tool to ensure that your company is able to combine high quality and documentation with competitive prices and low costs. This is achieved because the Quick-Controller is capable of running SPC (Statistical Process Control) with bigger uptime of the machines. The work piece from the test drawer becomes the work piece of which every new piece is measured by. By this, it is possible to run six SPC-measurements without stopping the machines every time. Bigger uptime with the same high quality and documentation - that is what it takes to be competitive in the market and make sure your company stays on top.

The control panel is easy to operate and is intuitively designed. It is possible to buy a light indicator that early on informs the staff that a cycle has ended. The Quick-Controller is also available with an underframe on wheels and with the option of adjusting the height, so it is easy to move from one machine to another.
