Smart Tools saves time in the production and increases the efficiency.

A base stand for 3- and 5-axis processing with shifts from fixture to fixture in just 20 seconds. The machine even runs during work piece changes.

With Quick-Shift we have accomplished to optimise several elements of a production process for 3- and 5-axis processing. We have used our own experience and developing talent to create this inventive base stand. With its mechanical clutch, Quick-Shift solves problems that some base stands have had in connection with 5-axis processing, and, at the same time, it can shift from fixture to fixture in just 20 seconds.

Furthermore, Quick-Shift has a reduced cycle time which also reduces the production costs and ensures an improved competitive position. By using Quick-Shift we lower the number of necessary tool switches on the machine and hereby reduce wear.

A complete Quick-Shift set consists of one base stand, two stands for fixture plates and two fixture plates of aluminium. Every fixture plate is customised to your specifications.

With two ordinary subjects from our own production as an example, the time is reduced by 44% and 66% - a reduction of 2/3 of the applied time. The reduction in time depends on the specifications of the processed subject, and from a product draft, we can give you an estimate of how much time you can save in your production.
